CALL Center
?
A call center is a central place or
network of places where a customer’s queries can be dealt with to the satisfaction
of the customer. Typically a call center has the ability to handle a considerable
volume of calls at the same time as Screening calls, forwarding them to someone
qualified to handle a call, and to loging
calls.Call centers are used by mail-order catalog organizations, telemarketing companies,
computer product help desks and any large enterprise that uses the telephone to
sell products and services.

What is BPO?
BPO(business process outsourcing)
is a process in which a company delegates some of its business processes, mainly
back office operating, to a third party by giving the third party total control
over that process.
Business process outsourcing is the
fastest growing segment in the outsourcing market and involves outsourcing back
office operation and another business processes like customer relationship management,
customer call centre , telemarketing, and payroll maintenance
and finance / accounting management among others to offshore destinations. Business
process outsourcing can be defined simply as outsourcing its overseas processes,
